Retro Fabric, Turn of the Century Blouse

Just posted these items on Etsy(shop name atomichick2). The blouse is from a south Atlanta estate and is probably from early 1900s.

The fabric is vintage 50s-60s. There is enough material to make your own Mad Men suit jacket.

The blue and white fabric is an indestructible double knit polyester. It's also wrinkle free....been in storage for years and has no creases.

Nicole Miller, Turn of the Century Dress

Recently found a large Nicole Miller silk scarf. Although it is not antique it is vintage 1997. This scarf measures 42" X 42" and is covered with a vodka pattern. I have it listed on ebay at a starting price of 99 cents.

Also featured is a cotton turn of the century dress that was found in an East Point estate sale. It is from the same estate that the corset in my last post is from. The lace and tucks can be appreciated in spite of the tears and stains. I listed this dress on Etsy.

Vintage a La Spirit Charles Bayer Corset

This is a vintage corset found at an estate in East Point, GA. There is an inside label that calls this corset the La Spirite Awarded Gold Metals: Paris Exposition, 1880 Chicago, 1893. For some reason they saved their underwear on this farm. I'll post pictures of the other undergarments later. From this lot of clothes was also an old Russell High beret. The East Point School was closed in the 80's.

Vintage Clothing Fashion Show Preview

Cobb Antique Mall will be hosting their second annual Fashion Show the first Saturday in May. This lovely model is showing off a 1950's Spring dress. The fashion show will showcase vintage fashion for men, women and children.

Boat Load of Tacky

Just posted a few more items on eBay and Etsy. Some of the figurines are just plan tacky. Hopefully there is a market for them. I sure hate to throw anything away. The better items I am selling are some vintage purses.
