Fisher Price Adventure People, The Legend of The Lone Ranger and More
These are a few items I have for sale on eBay.
I found a set of Fisher Price toys from the 70's that I don't remember, probably because my brother was a Lego kid. Also, I listed a Tonka van equipment with a pop up camper and plastic campfire.
Any Pan Am fans out there might appreciate terrycloth socks with shoe horns. These were once given as complimentary gifts by the airline.

Whitlock Ave Market, Marietta, GA
Although hot, there was a strong breeze probably thanks to hurricane Irene. Sales weren't great for me but I found the mother lode of Lego's for my brother. My picker husband Dan found some neat Delta Airlines collectibles, pipes and silver flask.
I can't wait until the next sale in September. Surely the heat will be less intense then.

Indian Summer Festival

My family and I are preparing for the Indian Summer Festival in Suches, GA. It's held the first weekend in October at the Woody Gap School. The school is surrounded by the stunning North Georgia mountain landscape. Lots of hokey fun such as clogging, hula hoop competitions and even a turkey shoot. This year I want to try something different and actually get a booth. I have many creative family members and will represent a collection of what they have to offer at the festival. I'll be bringing a few primitive antiques to the booth such as the wheel barrow I bought at the Flowery Branch Auction Monday night. I'll try to bring a good representation of tools that would have been used by early farmers in the Appalachian mountains. Sorry folks...my family not longer makes moonshine.
The birdhouses posted are my dad's work. He currently lives in Suches, Ga and occasionally attended Woody Gap School as a child. I think he invented truantcy.

Murphy, NC Tuesday Flea Market
Dan and I set up at the Murphy, NC Flea Market. Great flea market of antiques. Many local produce vendors too! Got fresh tomatoes, peppers and homemade zuccini bread while I was there. I sold two vintage hats to a florist. Also sold some vintage jewelry and baseball bat.
