We are enjoying a crisp cool morning at Woodstock Market for their outdoor market. Today is the junk day where vendors can sell anything. I've seen everything from appliances to antiques. My husband Dan and I brought some collectibles and antiques to sell. So far we have bought more than we have sold. Dan found a pair of lightning rods with beautiful colbalt orbs.

Space Age Box Lot
I just recently acquired a great box lot full of cars, comics, astronauts, and movie ephemera. The monetary value is low but the graphics from these 1960s ads and magazines are a treat.

Madame Alexander Dolls
I recently received some 1950s Madame Alexander Dolls from their original owner. The dolls were stored in a red metal truck and included some wonderful doll clothes.
This large doll is not a Madame Alexander doll.

The Burwell-Goss Home Sparta, Georgia
Recently my niece purchased the historic Burwell-Goss home in Sparta, Georgia. My sister and I had the opportunity to visit and help get started with some cleaning for her open house on December 13. Hopefully over time it will be restore to a elegant and vibrant home. I expect no less from my niece.
Here are a few scenes from the open house.
